AS-4 Vertical Vacuum Inflatable tray sealer allows rapid replacement of formwork and sealing devices. The whole machine adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller, intelligent digital display temperature controller, Omron time relay, Taiwan cylinder, stable and durable equipment. The equipment covers a small area, with automatic detection of cups (boxes), automatic reset in dangerous operation, color marking pattern, filling, sealing, film cutting, waste film collection and other functions. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum, which meets the requirements of food hygiene.
According to customer requirements can be customized special specifications of the machine work for cold meat, cooked meat products, box lunch, pastry, rice noodles, cheese, soy products, aquatic products, poultry and other fresh packaging.
