Application:
CL-8 bag juice filling and sealing machine adopts humanized design, touch screen +PLC control system, high filling precision, pneumatic sealing, automatic counting and easy operation. The filling quantity is adjustable by pneumatic pump, reliable metering and firm sealing. New nozzle design, change the traditional feeding method, achieve filling without leakage, reduce your raw material loss. Humanized sealing design to avoid clamping. Safety design in all directions, with leakage protection. Each function component modularization, the maintenance is convenient.
The bar bag is also called the molding bag, the expansion bag, the bar milk bag, the molding bag shape bag, the preset bag and so on, uses the BOPP compound LDPE to make the various shapes prefabricated bag, has the packing form novel, the modelling diverse, the packing material cost and so on.
Gas pressure filling, effectively avoid secondary pollution of materials, reliable measurement, full shape of products.
Function :
1. Manual bagging (the first group).
2. Press the switch of the first group device (4 heads) and start {automatic bag clamping - pneumatic pump filling - pneumatic sealing - bag discharging}.
3. Manual bagging (second group).
4. Press the switch of the second group of device (4 heads) and start {automatic bag clamping - pneumatic pump filling - pneumatic sealing - bag discharging}.
5. After the second group of bagging is completed, the work of the first group of devices has been completed out of the bag, the cycle of the first group of bagging.
6. Filling volume is controlled by quantitative pneumatic pump, which can be adjusted arbitrarily.
7. Plasma and water are controlled by 8 quantitative pneumatic pumps respectively to fill the bags at the same time.
8. Sealing by two lines of heat sealing.
9. The pipeline is easy to disassemble and clean. It is also equipped with a pipe cleaning tube, which will automatically clean the pipeline after pressing the cleaning switch.
