Description:
The BG-4 sealing machine is suitable for the production of various boxes, cups and bowls. It can automatically complete the functions of container photoelectric pattern positioning, date coding, two pneumatic heat sealing, horizontal and vertical shearing film and complete box listing. The whole machine adopts Japanese Oumlong programmable logic controller, Taiwan Airtac pneumatic control components, and intelligent digital display temperature control system. It has the characteristics of high sealing strength, good airtightness, and low failure rate. It is the first choice for enterprise automated production.
Function:
1. Manually put the box into the machine mold
2. Optoelectronic pattern positioning

The main functional structure of the equipment:
(1) Transmission and template traction system: a linear gap transmission system consisting of a motor reducer, a precision and stable indexing transmission device, as well as a stainless steel traction drive chain, positioning device, aluminum template, etc., the use of a stepless speed regulator can realize the equipment Adjustment of operating speed;

(2) Filling system: It is composed of a filling nozzle, a pneumatic control valve, an anti-drip cylinder and other components to ensure no dripping during filling;
(3) Rolling film system: consists of film supply parts. The film supply components mainly include film placement devices and control devices. It mainly consists of film frame;
(4) Sealing system: including heating constant temperature control components, temperature sensor, sealing device, heat sealing plate and heat sealing head, pneumatic sealing movement execution parts, equipment equipped with two heat sealing systems;
(5) Two sealing systems: to ensure that the sealing performance can reach 99.99%;
(6) Upright cup delivery system (optional): It is composed of cup top mechanism, cup delivery mechanism, etc.;
(7) Electrical control system: It is composed of control circuit, power supply circuit, electrical protection, safety emergency stop device, etc. Adopt Omron PLC programmable control system, Japan Hequan switch;
(8) Pneumatic system: composed of Taiwan Airteck cylinders, electronically controlled reversing valves, air circuit protection, etc.;
(9) Equipment material: The equipment adopts 304 stainless steel frame material and high-quality aluminum structure, and the sealing upper mold is made of copper/aluminum alloy.
