Double-side labeling machine is mainly applied to the automatic labeling of both side surfaces of square products that can be placed vertically in the pharmaceutical, daily chemical and food industries. It adopts a high-precision, high-speed labeling device to suit products of different size ranges, saving labor, increasing labeling precision and consistency greatly. An imported high-precision intelligent electric eye and a high-reliability microcomputer chip programmable logic controller (PLC) are used to control the stepper motor for labeling and a color user-friendly graphic man-machine interface to display, set control and operating parameters visually and easily. It can store up to 50 groups of parameters and has the counting function. The exposed parts of this unit are made from stainless steel, engineering plastic and anodized high-strength aluminum alloy, featuring light structure, high strength, corrosion resistance and GMP compliance.
