KIS-900 Rotary lactone Tofu box filling and sealing machine is suitable for dry vegetarian protein food production conventional tofu (tofu), lactone silk tofu (soft tofu), fried tofu, vegetable tofu, dried tofu, tofu skin, ringing bell roll, egg tofu, Japanese tofu, vegetarian meat, tofu flower (such as tofu pudding) packaging.

Lactone tofu (soft tofu): You can fill the box with soy milk, and then seal it after solidification and seasoning. Chunlai recommends the automatic filling and sealing machine for dry box soft tofu. The machine will automatically drop the box, fill, seal and go out of the box.

Regular tofu (firm tofu): After tofu is formed by a tofu press, it is cut into small cubes by a manual cutting process. The small tofu cubes can be placed in a plastic box, which can be sealed by the sealing machine. In addition, a coding machine can print the production date or shelf life on the love seal film.

It is composed of cutting knife, automatic core slider, core shaft, crosscutting knife and other parts. When the sealing device moves down, the crosscutting knife automatically cuts the film, without wasting the sealing film. And potentially save on material costs. Further savings include reduced labor costs and downtime without replacing waste membranes.

The temperature and sealing time can be adjusted according to different types of sealing film and tray.
