Description:
      CL-8 Blood Tofu Bag Filling and Sealing Machine adopts humanized design, touch screen + PLC control system, high filling accuracy, pneumatic sealing, automatic counting and easy operation. The filling volume is adjustable by pneumatic pump, reliable measurement and firm sealing. Novel filling nozzle design, change the traditional filling method, achieve filling without dripping, reduce your raw material loss. Humanised sealing design to avoid hand pinching. Safety design in all directions, with leakage protection. Modularity of each functional part, easy maintenance.
      Stick bags, also known as forming bags, expanding bags, stick milk bags, forming bags shaped bags, pre-set bags, etc., use BOPP compound LDPE to make various shapes of pre-made bags, with the advantages of novel packaging forms, diverse shapes and low cost of packaging materials.
      Gas pressurised filling, effectively avoiding secondary contamination of materials, reliable metering and full product shape.

Main Function:

1. Manual bagging (first group)
2. Press the switch of the first set of devices (4 heads) to start {automatic bag clamping-pneumatic pump filling-pneumatic sealing-bag out}
3. Manual bagging (the second group)
4. Press the second set of device switches (4 heads) to start {automatic bag clamping-pneumatic pump filling-pneumatic sealing-bag out}
5. After the second set of bagging is completed, the work of the first set of devices has been completed, and the first set of bagging is cycled.
6. The filling volume is controlled by a quantitative pneumatic pump, which can be adjusted arbitrarily
7. The filling volume of plasma and water are controlled by 8 quantitative pneumatic pumps respectively, and they are filled into the bag at the same time
8. The sealing adopts two-line heat sealing
9. The pipeline is easy to disassemble and clean. Equipped with pipe cleaning leather pipe, the pipe cleaning will be performed automatically after pressing the cleaning switch
