KIS-1 desktop automatic cup sealing machine is a desktop type structure, the machine has automatic cup feeding, heat sealing, film cutting and waste film recovery functions. The machine adopts intelligent digital display temperature control system to control the sealing temperature, the temperature error is less than ±2, high sealing strength, good sealing. Fuselage adopts stainless steel design, in line with relevant food hygiene standards. Pneumatic control system is adopted for the executive parts of the equipment, which simplifies the mechanical structure, reduces the failure rate, and makes the machine run more smoothly and safely. The sealing is beautiful, greatly improving the production efficiency and service life of the equipment. The temperature can be adjusted according to different types of membranes and trays. Suitable for all kinds of imported and domestic aluminum plastic, PP, PE,CPET, APET and aluminum tray sealing, widely used in cooked food, fruit, circuit board and other industries of plastic box (cup) packaging sealing, the finished product has the characteristics of uniform sealing, neat cutting edge, good sealing and so on.
