Product Description
BG Series Linear Type Automatic Tray Sealing Machine
Lactone Silken Tofu (Soft Tofu): soy milk can be filled into boxes and then sealed after coagulating and seasoning. Chunlai recommends the automatic filling and sealing machine for boxed Japanese soft tofu. The operator just needs to set the filling amount for box capacity and the machine will automatically drop the boxes, fill, seal, and discharge the sealed boxes.
Regular Tofu (Firm Tofu): after Tofu is formed by Tofu pressing machine, being cut into small cubes through manual cutting process, the small Tofu cubes can be put into plastic box and can be sealed by this sealing machine. Besides, it is optional to have date printer to print the production date or shelf life on the sealing film.
Soybean Roll: Product-filled trays are placed manually, or automatically feeding product-filled trays into the carriers by conveyor, or automatically de-nested empty trays into the carriers, then fill soybean rolls manually inside the trays. Trays are transferred to sealing position, the sealing head comes down, the film and trays are then compressed against the heated upper tooling to activate the sealing properties against the tray, while simultaneously cutting the film. Finally, after seal transfer
to the next cycle ejects to the out-feed of the machine.
Film is cut in between each container, leaving absolutely no waste of film. And potentially saving in material costs. Further savings include reduced labor costs and downtime by eliminating the need to handle and discard excess film.
The temperature and sealing time are regulated to allow for the sealing of different types of film and trays.
