Features:BG60 Series instant noodle cup sealing machine adopts cam index transmission system. It's suitable for packaging a wide range of liquid, paste, granulated and powdered products into pre-formed containers of various size and shapes. This packaging machine can be used for hummus, dip, dairy products, salads, dressings, desserts, ready meal, instant noodles, dry soups, frozen dishes, cosmetics and much more.

Depending on the output required, the BG60 series Cup Sealing Machine can be designed for 2 cups, 4 cups, 6 cups, 8 cups, 10 cups per time or more.

* Automatic Bowl / Cup/Box Input Device
The sealing machine will place the cup stably and smoothly to the cup carrier plate.
* Place the bundle of noodles in cup / bowl / box manually
* Seasoning pouch can be placed manually or automatically.
Automatic Distributor
The Automatic Pouch Dispenser can cut pouches in row one by one (or cut by couples as you like), and dispense them onto the conveyor accurately. It can also follow the conveyor's speed automatically, so as to dispense pouch onto the right place no matter
how the speed changes.

This sealing machine will place the lid onto cup / bowl / box.
* Automatic Sealing Lid Device
This sealing machine will heat seal the bowl/cup/box lid twice automatically.
* Discharge Output Device

Empty cup dispensing function: according to different cups, some can be designed with vacuum sucker which can guide the cup enter into mold accurately.

Empty cup detecting function: no cup no sealing or no cup machine stops

Automatic Capping System: put plastic cap after sealing

Safety protection: it is optional function, it make up by plexi glass plates, aluminium and stainless steel, has safety switches which protect the operator.
Bowl / Cup Noodle Feed-out Conveyor
This finished product conveyor will feed out bowl or cup noodles based on the required packaging machines. It will shrink-wrap the cup.
