Application
Ideal equipment for filling high viscosity, paste, thick sauce with particles, and liquid. Jam, sauce, peanut butter, ketchup, sauce, bean paste, chili sauce, shrimp paste, apple sauce, salad dressing, caviar, hot sauce can all be filled.
Description
This series is a semi-automatic double-piston paste filling machine with reasonable design, compact model and convenient operation. The pneumatic parts all use Taiwan AirTac pneumatic components.
Function
The parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements.
There is a handle for adjusting the filling volume, the filling speed can be adjusted at will, and the filling accuracy is high.
The filling head adopts anti-drip, anti-drawing and lifting filling devices.
Automatic conveying, no filling without bottle.
The hopper is equipped with an adjustable speed mixing device to make the material more evenly filled.
